Recurrent SMS Training
Initial SMS training is usually provided to employees using a combination of:
- SMS training videos;
- PowerPoint presentations; and
- Printed and online materials.
Recurrent SMS training does not have to be as involved. Your safety training policy may state that employees are required to read 12 educational safety articles each year. The number of safety articles is important because you need to track it.
