Issue Validation Responsibility
When the next review date of an issue is set:

• A future message is created to the responsible Department Head for the issue
• When the Review date comes due (minus lead time if configured) the message will appear in the manager's message board, alerting them that they need to validate the issue
• When the manager acknowledges their responsibility for the validation, the response is recorded as a comment for the issue.

Identifying when the responsible manager has been notified
When a member of an audit team has sent a notification to the responsible manager of an audit:

• A message is created for the audit's responsible manager, informing them that the audit is complete and will appear in their message board notifications
• Under the new column heading an icon will appear, which will display the notification information in the "Audits In Progress" tab in auditing dashboard
• When the manager acknowledges their audit complete notification message, the response is recorded as a comment for the audit.

Added ability to indicate what your reservations about a message are when that option is selected.

• Reader indicates they have reservations about a message, either from email or within SMS Pro
• If the "Email Message Creator when User has reserves" option is turned on for the portal, a text box will appear allowing the reader to comment on what their reservations with the message are
• After comments are added, the reader can submit their comments to the author of the message

• Will display status of Witness Statements if issued

*note, with the addition of the assigned investigations tab, all information about investigation assignment has been removed from the assigned issues tab and assigned issues will only display to Department Head users.

New "Safety Culture Analysis" chart. Show breakdown by report type (Anonymous, Confidential, Regular). An increase in the percentage of confidential and regular reported issues and a decrease in anonymous reported issues may indicate a positive improvement in an organization's safety culture. A decrease in anonymous reporting over time is indicative of management earning trust.

Users can now create personal reminders to themselves in SMS Pro. Personal reminders are powered by Message Board. You can set the reminder using the icon available on all pages. Adding Form References.
References can be added to sections and questions for an audit form. Multiple references can be added to each.

Scheduled Audits can filter required elements by reference. Audit Plan can be filtered by reference. Findings can be filtered by reference when all findings is selected.

Adding ability to setup "Risk Acceptance Authority" role for your portal. The purpose is to inform Safety Manager that users in the configured role (e.g. SMSExecutive) have the final authority and should review and accept treatment of safety issue before closing based on the highest risk level.
Safety Manager should also document risk acceptance in Status Change notes for future reference.
