Hello, and welcome to our first issue of SMS Pro Tips and Tricks.

SMS Pro Tips and tricks is a monthly newsletter aimed at SMS Admin users in order to update you on new functionality, or functionality topics you may not know about, or have forgotten about.

This month we will discuss managing classifications in your SMS Pro portal.

As you know, Classifications are unique to a division, and can be managed by an SMS Admin in the classification tab of Issue Manager, by selecting "Toggle Edit Mode". And those topics are not what we are going to discuss when I use the term "Manage"

Today's use of the term Manage stems from when you find inaccuracies in your data, and what to do about them. I explain it all in the video below.
