New Report: Users in Roles Allows you to vewi Users and what roles they possess by division. Grid filters can be used to specifiy a specific role or user.

When managing existing policies you can now copy a direct link to that policy.

Multiple CADORS numbers in the title are now supported. We'll pull all associated CADORS reports into your "Custom report view" section on Details tab with a single button click. This will work as long as you stick with "CADORS [cadorsid] [whatever] CADORS [cadorsid]" template.

New option in Policy Manager Configuration Settings allowing you to send revisions to a policy to all SMS Users for acknowledgement and display to auditors that the policy updates have been viewed by all users.

Multiple tabs were never supported in SMS Pro, and can cause bugs in Issue Manager when working on multiple issues at the same time. We'll show a warning to users when multiple Issue Manager tabs are detected.

Added ability to limit External Auditor Access to a single division when reviewing your SMS Pro portal. As of this date Auditing, Meeting Manager, and Hazard Risk Register have fully implemented this feature.

CADORS is now intergrated into the Issue Manager. If you have "CADORS [cadorsid]" in your title, you'd be able to import CADORS information into your "Custom report view" section on Details tab with a single button click. You can always come back later and check for updates from CADORS. No configuration required, this functionailty is available to all customers.

New Module, most suited for Canadian Operators. Allows viewing of CADORS reports in SMS Pro and one-click import into SMS Pro as proactive issue. Once in the Issue Manager, you can sync data with latest version from CADORS with one-click. Contact tech support if you'd like the module in your portal.

Added ability to export message response report by user to PDF.

Issues marked as not valid will now automatically be closed upon submission. This can be reverted with a setting in Issue Manager settings pop-up / Assess tab of settings.

You can now paste the meeting link in the "Location" field and it will be added to your calendar event. End date updates when "start date" is selected.

When deleting a message that has been published within the last week, a "Recall" notification email will go out to all intended recipients.

When converting issue to MOC (from Issue Manager), issue will be duplicated (title, description, hazard classifications). Original issue will not be modified, MOC comment will be added and link to the MOC will be shown on Manage tab. This workflow is NOT recommended, we recommend creating MOCs from the MOC module. There are no changes to the MOC workflows originated from the MOC module.

Limiting recurring audit scheduling to 5 years out.

"Registartion number" will not be shown for Aircraft, use Tail Number.

Added option for SMSAdmin and SMSTqManager users to update all users possessing training when a training item is updated.

Added "Quick Select Filter" option "Users with Locked Lessons". Related to LMS when user has exceeded maximum number of quiz attempts and locked themselves out of a quiz.

Fixed report count in classification tree (showing report count vs classification count)

UI Enhancements: Added a button to create a new Drill, added label to clarify whether you're looking at a new drill form or existing drill.

Setting "Next Review Date" 1 year out when accepting/rejecting hazards at Subcategory level. User can override by selecting NextReviewDate manually before saving

Deleting "Assessment justification" when "Enable division change" button is clicked, added note in UI.

Renamed Feature: Schedule Items has been renamed Assign Items.
Managers will still be able to schedule items here in the normal manner. SMSAdmin and TqManager users will find an additional tab allowing them to directly assign training to users as either Awarded or Required but Unearned training.

New Warning: Will show warning on Classify > Associated Hazards tab if HC (L1) or SC (L2) nodes are used. We recommend using H (L3) nodes are those identify the specific hazard and take full advantage of PHAT and Hazard Tracking.

Functionality Relocation:   Auditing Dashboard's "Portal Forms" functionality has been moved to the green drop-down menu under "Manage Forms" option. This was done to improve performance of the auditing dashboard.

New Setting: Added option to exempt confidential issues from Secure Workflow. Off by default. Turn on if your company has managers in SMSSecureWorkflowAdmins role that are not supposed to view Confidential Reports. Located in Setup > Customize Settings > Company Info.

Allowing "General Safety" reports to be routed through Secure workflow (only Safety/Security/Quality reports submitted from Report Issue module will be included. Also, Public reports from portals using the Wizard UI).
