New Report - On the Reports tab of Message board you will now find two sub-tabs:

• Messages, which is the original report showing you messages and who has responded; and
• Users, which allows you to select a user for a particular division and view all messages that targeted that user and how they responded, or if they did not respond to the message

Adding more options for issue comment notifications. In Issue Manager settings, you can now select to be notified about comments left by Reporters / SMSExecutives / SMSExternalAudits. In the past, this setting did not have this granularity, and comment notifications were "all or nothing" setting.

Introducing a new way to communicate SMS Induction training requirements for users at not only the SMSUser Level, but also a way to define training requirements for users who possess either the SMSSafetyManagers or the SMSDepartmentHeads roles. Risk Scenarios are now searchable. When creating a risk scenario for a particular Hazard, the system will search for matching risk scenarios and display the number of hazards they are used with (portal-wide) allowing users to create a standardized list of risk scenarios for easy aggregation of data.

Hazard Origin. Management is now able to identify the origin for a particular hazard, demonstrating documentation of how a hazard came to be in your hazard register.
