Sept 17, 2021 Training Qualifications: Expiring Items Added "Send Reminder" button to notify users of their training coming due, expired, or required but not complete for a selected T&Q item.
Sept 10, 2021 Meeting Manager: Deleting Meetings Added meeting delete option when meeting is selected in meeting creation form
When a meeting is selected from the My Meetings grid you have a button allowing you to delete the selected meeting, and an option to send notifications about the meeting deletion to the invitees.
Sept 10, 2021 Training Qualifications: LMS User Training Qualifications Added count of User T&Q items in each phase of expiration to Users T&Q Items menu option, removed paging when user is selected. Changed action buttons for LMS component to all load LMS details beneath grid and take action as needed there.
Aug 13, 2021 Auditing: Completed Audits Addition of Issues Identified for Audit. The Audit History grid now contains a column with a check box identifying whether issues (findings or concerns) were raised for that audit. Hovering over a checked box will detail the number of each type of issue for that audit.

Added a new checkbox option allowing managers to view only users who have SMS induction recurrent training that is overdue.

Allows logged in user to view their training and any out of date or required training they have not had.
May 7, 2021 Training & Qualifications Added Lesson Preview to LMS:

When managing training lessons, you can now preview the lesson content and quiz. Allowing you to see the content in a manner similar to what the user assigned that lesson would see.


Added Lesson Score to TQ Reports:

Allows managers to view what LMS score the user received for the training item

Mar 05, 2021 Issue Manager Actively Monitored Control Measures identifier:

When an issue is classified with a hazard type classification, risk controls assigned to that hazard will be listed. If any of the listed controls have been identified as being actively monitored, they will now be decorated with a magnifying glass icon

When creating control measures, safety managers are sometimes not sure what actively monitoring a risk control means in SMS Pro terms, now help text has been added, as well as a means of viewing all risk controls identified as being actively monitored in the PHAT reports
